I am really thankful to my parents for giving me this special education at ASIJ.  It has made my life very unique and a happy one.  My one and only sister, Yasumi, lives next door to us and we are one big family here. Would you believe I ran into Larry Mori at WSU in 1971 and invited him to my wedding and he came? Later, I was invited to the wedding of Kenneth Askew and flew to San Francisco to see not only Ken but his sister Melinda and brother Jerry, all three of whom I had taught at ASIJ.   Every time I go to Washington, D.C. to see my brother Katakazu,  Tom Tsui gathers local ASIJ grads for a reunion. And whenever I get to Cambridge, Mass., for one of my Radcliffe reunions, I look up his sister Jill. Robert Hanson invited me to spend the night at his house one year when I was in the deep south.  Now  I live in a senior retirement community at the Presbyterian Village of Westland near the airport. If any of you ever come to Michigan, do drop by. I would love to see you!
